LAKE COMO TOUR

Day 1: Arrival at Malpensa airport. Transfer to Como. Two options for accommodation:

• Hotel Terminus 4*: The Hotel Terminus was born of the complete restructuring of an early 19th-century palazzo, whose Liberty style and tasteful elegance, typical of the Lombard aristocracy, has been artfully preserved.
• Hotel Villa d’Este 5*: Villa d’Este is considered one of the most beautiful works of architectural art of the sixteenth century.

Day 2: Play at Villa d’Este Golf Club. In the afternoon discover the City of Como enjoying walking among beautiful gardens reaching the Centre. You can also visit Villa Olmo, an imposing Italian classical style residence built in 1780, and Villa Carlotta, a fabulous residence with magnificent gardens located in a panoramic position overlooking Lake Como, Bellagio and the Grigna mountain. The Villa d’Este Golf Club lies beyond the wonderful lake of Montorfano in a splendid setting in the sunny Brianza. The course was designed in 1926 by Peter Gannon. It is considered one of the most varied and difficult of the European “par 69” courses. 

Day 3: Play at Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf. It’s one of the most historical golf club in Italy. The Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club was founded in January 1907 and celebrated 100 years of history in 2007. It is the 2nd oldest Golf Club in Italy after Golf Club Acquasanta in Rome.

Afternoon stop to Menaggio for a sightseeing tour and then enjoy dinner in a typical restaurant with Lake view.

Day 4: Day Off. Visit Milan. Transfer from hotel to Milan city centre. Escorted walking tour with our local guide. Time for shopping and relax. Later in the afternoon back to Como. Possibility to arrange dinner in a glamour restaurant.

Day 5: Play at Monticello Golf Club, venue of many Italian Open, listed top golf course in Italy and Europe. The Monticello Golf Club was founded in 1974 on about 140 hectares and has two, 18-holes courses. It has hosted seven Italian competitions, attracting the most prestigious professionals in the world. At the moment, Monticello is one of the leading Italian golf clubs with top-level modern amenities. Over the years, the original layout of the fairways has been changed and developed by a number of architects, but Graham Cooke is the name behind the present conformation.

Day 6: After breakfast transfer to the Pinetina Golf Club. The Pinetina Golf Club, a hundred and eighty acres of greenery deep in the heart of the Park Pineta of Appiano Gentile and Tradate, a forest of pine trees, birch trees, oaks and chestnuts, far from roads, noise and daily stress. Here, on 18 splendid holes, you can listen to nature’s breath, observe the flight of hawks and wild ducks and spot the leaps and bounds of hares.

DAY 7: Say Arrivederci. Transfer to the airport.
